These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of agentsHQ (the "Platform", "Service"), including the website at agentshq.sh, the agentsHQ CLI tool, the agentsHQ API, and all related services. The Platform is owned and operated by Open Growth Group INC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a corporation organized under the laws of the United States.
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
agentsHQ is an open registry and discovery platform for AI agent definitions. The Platform indexes agent definition files from public repositories, provides a searchable directory, tracks install telemetry, and offers optional security scanning of agent content. The Platform does not host, execute, or run any agent definitions — it serves as a directory and index only.
The Platform is currently available without user accounts. Certain features, such as submitting repositories for indexing, are available to all users without authentication. We reserve the right to require accounts, restrict access, or impose rate limits at any time without notice.
When you submit a repository URL for indexing, you represent and warrant that:
We do not claim ownership of any agent definitions indexed on the Platform. All agent definitions remain the property of their respective authors and are subject to their respective licenses.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
THE SECURITY SCANNING FEATURES OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATIC RULE ANALYSIS, LLM-BASED ANALYSIS, RISK SCORES, AND SECURITY FINDINGS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN INFORMATIONAL BASIS ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE A SECURITY AUDIT, CERTIFICATION, ENDORSEMENT, OR GUARANTEE OF SAFETY.
Security scan results are generated by automated tools and may contain false positives, false negatives, or incomplete analysis. A "Safe" rating does not mean an agent definition is free of vulnerabilities, malicious content, or risks. A "Critical" rating does not necessarily mean the agent is dangerous in all contexts.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE INSTALLING, EXECUTING, OR USING ANY AGENT DEFINITION DISCOVERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing the agent's source code, understanding what permissions it requests, evaluating the trustworthiness of the author, and assessing the agent's suitability for your specific use case and risk tolerance.
We expressly disclaim all liability for any damage, loss, or harm arising from reliance on security scan results or from the installation, execution, or use of any agent definition indexed on the Platform.
The Platform indexes content from third-party repositories and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party content are solely between you and the relevant third party.
The Platform collects anonymous install telemetry data to provide install counts and statistics. This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual users. By using the CLI tool or interacting with the Platform, you consent to this data collection. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Open Growth Group INC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Agent definitions indexed on the Platform are the property of their respective authors. The Platform's indexing and display of these definitions does not constitute a claim of ownership or a transfer of rights.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information, content, or data provided through the Platform, including but not limited to agent definitions, install counts, security scan results, and metadata.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OPEN GROWTH GROUP INC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Open Growth Group INC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Open Growth Group INC regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
